Monthly payments can be made by check, money order debit or credit card. There is no limit on the number or amount of monthly payments you can make. There are no interest charges or late fees. To begin your Layaway Account Purchase : 1)Select the order Layaway button at the bottom of this page. 2)Select the Tomos moped you want and click the order button to move to the Purchase Order form. 3)In the comments box of the order form specify the amount of your first months payment ($20. minimum) and the monthly amount you anticipate paying. 4)Send your order in and an email copy of your order will immediately be sent to the email address you have specified on your order form. If paying with credit or debit card no charge will be made until your order has been reviewed and accepted and only for the amount specified by you. Each month a statement will be sent to you showing your payments to date and remaining balance . A Layaway purchase is not a loan and merchandise is not shipped until it is paid for in full. Orders not paid in full within 6 months of order date are subject to any changes that may have occurred in merchandise and delivery costs. Cancelling your layaway. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your account and the remainder excluding the $15.00 account set up fee will be refunded. Merchandise remains the property of Action Sports Ltd. and will not be shipped until it has been paid for in full. |
