The buyer normally must install turn signals,headlight,handlebars, check the transmission fluid, inflate tires ,adjust cables and add gas and oil. A - This is determined by how the owner uses and maintains the moped. The most mileage we have seen on a moped is 50,000 miles. The engine was a little noisy but it still ran well. We have customers that are riding mopeds that were sold over 25 years ago. Q - What are the reasons for the price differences between brands. A - Manufacturing quality, features and and the level of after sale support provided. It is not uncommon to hear customers tell of how the bargain price moped they purchased doesn't run well and the place they bought it from can't help them fix it.
