I would like to say how impressed I was at the service provided by Sportsbay.com, I reside in the UK and was apprehensive about ordering goods from so far afield. I neednt have worried, I received an e-mail confirming my order and another once the goods had been shipped to the UK. Overall from ordering to taking delivery I waited two weeks but this was down to the parcel delivery company 32 miles away from where I live!! otherwise I would have taken delivery within 10 days. I cannot rate the customer service facility as I did not have to use it, that in itself speaks volumes.
